Short Run Art Party and Comix Exhibition
Seattle has always had a reputation for its strong underground comics scene, but dang it, how is it we haven't had our own small press show before?

Short Run is an event showcasing regional small press publications and individual makers of art books, zines, comics, literary works, and animation. It is an alternative to large-scale commercial conventions and will focus on alternative press, limited editions, and handmade books.

ORGANIZERS:
Eroyn Franklin
has been involved in Seattle’s art community for 13 years and has been making comics since 2007. She is a big fan of enthusiastic people, sea lions, vegetables, and landscapes.

Kelly Froh
is the creator of over 35 zines and mini-comics, numerous illustrations and comic strips, and her newest book, “The Greatest”, will premiere at Short Run.

Jenny Gialenes
once wrote a song about bowling.
She likes making zines and long walks on the beach.

Martine Workman
is an artist and designer who moved to Seattle 6 years ago. She made her first zine in 1998.

This event will take place at , Saturday November 12th.
