Art for business is a multi-year project dedicated to the theme of the value of art for the development of creativity of the organizations and the aesthetic sensibility of human resources operating inside them. The requirement of better organization effectiveness and efficiency has developed the need for a new development model for enterprises. One that would be innovative and would transfer to its organization and management, culture, artistic creativity, sensitivity that belonged for centuries to the art world. The aim of Art for business is to create a wide-range discussion on what role antique, modern and contemporaneous art, can have inside a company and its management. Starting from the production aspects through training and an environmental point of view. Then moving onto the governance area. The project develops as follows: • The second Forum Edition, planned in November 2008 • The First ARTE & IMPRESA cattedra at the Cattolica University of Milan (Italy) • The courseArts&Cultural skills for management at the Luiss University of Rome (Italy) • The collaboration with the contemporary art magazine Artkey • Lectures and meetings during the year on cultural and communication topics. • Starting this year Art for Business will be partner with Art&Business International, directly with Art & Business USA and Art & Business UK.
FORUM 2008
The second edition of Art For Business Forum will be held on November 13-14-15 2008.
Fulcrum of the Forum will be the presentation of the most outstanding cases of collaboration between art and business nationally and internationally. The forum is also an opportunity of confrontation with important scholars, artists, curators as well as a valuable source of knowledge, experience and inspiration.
This year as well as the last, Art for Business Forum proposes various interactive experimental activities thanks to the creation of the Business Art Workshop. They will be conducted by established artists, with the collaboration during planning from counselors/and experienced trainers of trivioquadrivio. Within these interactive moments the participants will have the opportunity to experiment new ways of education addressing problems of managerial cut from a different perspective through steps designed by artists.
Starting from this edition, Art For Business Forum will partner with Art & Business International, with direct relations with Art & Business USA and Art & Business UK.
