Commedia dell'arte international masterclass 2015. Known as Commedia dell'Arte for the Future Actor, the workshop in Pordenone, now in its nineteenth edition, is in fact a training period on a special Commedia dell'Arte, rebuilt in an innovative way; without betraying neither simplify the historical, it makes bridges with the Contemporary Theatre and with what, after musical terms, might be called "World Theater".
Body sculpting towards the mask-character, voice sculpting, lazzi, choreography, training, improvisation, stage monologues and dialogues: all this with rigorous teaching progression, so as to make the Masterclass of Pordenone a valuable opportunity not only for Actors, but also for Theatre Teachers.
This year the focus is maybe on the future, looking at the most secret ties between the theatrical action and the music as a physical organic system of sounds, silences and their potentials of representation. A perspective of research also guaranteed by the five days of special stage with the Guest Maestro DANIO MANFREDINI, an actor/singer/dancer and also a director/poet/choreographer... As always, the students will follow an interesting parallel program of shows and meetings with world class artists, troupes and lectures, offered, especially on weekends, by the Festival "L'Arlecchino Errante".
Also this year are provided excellent facilities for accommodation in a country house, near the Masterclass' site. Commedia dell'arte international masterclass 2015. Conosciuto come Commedia dell'Arte per l'Attore Futuro, il workshop di Pordenone, giunto alla XIX edizione, è infatti un periodo di formazione in una Commedia dell'Arte ricostruita in modo innovativo e, senza tradire né semplificare il patrimonio storico, crea ponti con il Teatro Contemporaneo e con quello che, imitando la terminologia musicale, potrebbe essere chiamato "World Theater"
Scultura del corpo verso il carattere in maschera, scultura della voce, lazzi, coreografie, training, improvvisazione, montaggio di dialoghi e monologhi scenici: tutto questo con rigorosa progressione didattica, tanto da rendere il Masterclass di Pordenone un'opportunità preziosa non solo per Attori, ma anche per Maestri di Teatro.
Quest'anno il focus è forse sul futuro, osservando i legami più segreti tra l'azione teatrale e la musica intesa come sistema fisico organico dei suoni, dei silenzi e delle loro potenzialità rappresentative. Una prospettiva di ricerca garantita anche dai cinque giorni di stage speciale con il Maestro Ospite Danio Manfredini, un attore/cantore/danzatore e insieme un regista/poeta/coreografo... Come sempre gli studenti potranno seguire anche un interessante programma parallelo di spettacoli ed incontri, con artisti, compagnie e studiosi di livello internazionale, offerto dal Festival "L'Arlecchino Errante".
