Art. 1 The 6° edition of Cyborg Film Festival is opening. A competition of short films and new territories - 

an international manifestation that will take within 2011, location and dates to be defined.
The project that is in progress proposes promoting, informing, spreading and educating the
cinematographic image by creating a window to exchange and compare the creative and productive differences of audio–visual languages.
Art. 2 Only works produced from the 1st of January 2010 are admitted.The competition is international and there are no restrictions as 
to nationality, age or profession. (every author can send more works)
Art. 3 The short film competition is divided in 2 competitive sections .
1) sci-fi: reserved for short films inspired by the theme: 
“science fiction” and variations of the theme.
2) anime: reserved for animated works free theme.
Art. 3a For new territories, not competitive section, you can send concerning works:back stage, the making off, telefilm,
documentary, docufiction, etc. For larger visibility the works will be project,
in possibility of programmation of the festival day, if in the case the works are high number they will go into the ciruit:
CyBorg Off (projecton in public with possible meetings with autors in the period following the festival), the modality
to send and use the works are the same as of the competition 

excepted art. 3 – 8 – 9 – 10.

Art. 4 Each author must assume responsibility for the information given and the contents of the works presented, as well as the
circulation of non-original music protected by copyright and original music and/or images. In any case the signatory
deresponsability
the organization from every responsibility for the content
 of the work projected in public.
Art. 5 The works must be accompanied by the registration form
and a copy of a regulation form signed for acceptance (write block letters).
The registration, for most clairing must arrive also by dvd/cd enclosed or by
e-mail: info@cyborgproduzioni.org , with any photos of scenes (at least 2).
International works is preferable in the Italian language or sub-titled
in the Italian language.

Art. 6 The works must arrive in doble copy DVD format by 
priority
mail or registered letter AR to the following address:

not later than the 03 of April 2011 (valid to postmark).


Mailing costs (customs) and the cost of making the short film
are at the expense of the participants.

Art.7 Works sent will not be returned. The works can be used by 
the management
of .CyB.FF even after the manifestation, for non-profit cultural purposes
and initiatives only. The works can be included free of charge
(for 20% of the work’s length) in news programs, television features, audiovisual collections.
Art. 8 The prizes will be awarded to 1° classified of every competitive section.
The prizes will be defined and published with the presentation of the program.
Art. 9 The following tasks are assigned to the qualified jury, that
will be appointed by the Management of .CyB.FF:
- selecting works and indicating the winners of the prizes to be awarded in the programming.
- recommending the works considered particularly worthy.
The jury’s opinion is unquestionable and cannot be appealed.

Art. 10 The Management of .CyB.FF reserves the right to
conduct a pre-selection of the works that arrive, opinion is 
unquestionable,
and to make a final decision in identifying the works to be submitted to the Jury’s examination.
Art. 11 The Management of .CyB.FF, although undertaking
 to adopt
all forms of precaution, doesn’t assume the responsibility
of any theft,
loss or damage of the works used.
Art. 12 Participation in the festival means total acceptance
of the present regulations. For organizational reasons, the entrance to
the screenings may be to payment. The Management reserves the right
to suspend or change the manifestation if they deem it necessary,

in that the management of .CyB.FF. decides anything not specifically
stated in the regulations.

Art. 1 E’ indetta la sesta edizione del CyBorg Film Festival
concorso di cortometraggi e nuovi territori – manifestazione 
internazionale che si svolgerà entro il 2011,
location e date, da definire. Progetto "in progress" che si propone

l’obiettivo di promuovere, informare, divulgare ed educare 
all’immagine
cinematografica creando una vetrina di scambio 
e confronto sulle diversità
creative e produttive dei linguaggi audiovisivi.


Art. 2. Sono ammesse esclusivamente le opere prodotte
a partire dal 1° gennaio 2010. Il concorso è internazionale e 
non sono posti vincoli di nazionalità, età o professione
(ogni autore può inviare più opere).

Art. 3 Il concorso è suddiviso in 2 sezioni competitive:
1) sci-fi: riservata a cortometraggi ispirati al tema: “La fantascienza” e variazioni sul tema
2) anime: riservata ad opere di animazione tema libero


Art. 3a Per nuovi territori, sezione non competitiva, 
potete inviare opere riguardanti:
backstage, making of - telefilm - documentari - docufiction, etc. Per consentire una
maggiore visibilità saranno proiettate, nei limiti della programmazione, all’interno
delle giornate del festival, qual’ora le opere fossero in quantità elevata rientreranno
nel circuito denominato CyBorg Off: proiezioni al pubblico con
eventuali incontri con gli autori nel periodo successivo al festival, le modalità di
invio ed utilizzo delle opere sono le stesse del concorso esclusi gli art. 3 – 8 – 9 - 10.

Art. 4 Ogni autore si dovrà assumere la responsabilità delle informazioni fornite
e del contenuto delle opere presentate, anche per la diffusione di musiche non
originali protette da diritti d’autore e di musica e/o immagini originali.
In ogni caso il firmatario manleva l’organizzazione da ogni
responsabilità per il contenuto dell’opera proiettata in pubblico.

Art. 5 Le opere dovranno essere corredate dalla scheda di iscrizione scritta
in stampatello e di copia del presente regolamento firmato per accettazione.

La scheda di iscrizione, per maggior chiarezza dovrà pervenire anche su
supporto dvd/cd o tramite e-mail: info@cyborgproduzioni.org ,
insieme ad eventuali foto di scena (almeno 2) e/o del regista. 

Per le opere internazionali è preferibile almeno la sottotitolazione
in lingua italiana (a carico dell’autore).

Art. 6 Le opere dovranno pervenire in duplice copia in formato DVD,

tramite posta prioritaria o raccomandata AR al seguente recapito:

entro e non oltre il 03 aprile 2011 (farà fede il timbro postale).

Le spese postali (doganali) e di realizzazione del filmato sono a carico dei partecipanti.


Art. 7 Le opere inviate non saranno restituite. 
Le opere potranno essere
utilizzate dalla Direzione del .CyB.FF anche successivamente al periodo in cui si
svolgerà la manifestazione, per scopi ed iniziative esclusivamente culturali e senza fini di lucro.

Le opere potranno essere inserite gratuitamente, (per una durata del 20% dell’opera),
in telegiornali, rubriche televisive, raccolte audiovisive.


Art. 8. I premi verranno assegnati al 1° classificato di ogni sezione competitiva.
I premi verranno definiti e pubblicati insieme alla presentazione del programma.


Art. 9 Alla Giuria qualificata, che verrà nominata dalla Direzione del .CyB.FF,
sono assegnati i seguenti compiti:
- effettuare la selezione delle opere per indicare i vincitori dei premi
previsti nella programmazione,
- segnalare opere ritenute particolarmente meritevoli.
Il giudizio della Giuria è insindacabile ed inappellabile.


Art. 10 La Direzione del .CyB.FF si riserva il diritto di effettuare
una preselezione delle opere pervenute, dal giudizio insindacabile,
al fine di individuare i lavori da sottoporre all’esame della Giuria.


Art. 11 La Direzione del .CyB.FF, pur impegnandosi ad adottare
ogni forma di precauzione, non si assume la responsabilità per
eventuali furti, smarrimento o danneggiamenti delle opere in corso.


Art. 12 La partecipazione al festival implica l’accettazione integrale
del presente regolamento. Per motivi organizzativi, l'ingresso alle proiezioni
potrebbe essere a pagamento. La Direzione si riserva il diritto di sospendere
o modificare la manifestazione nel caso lo ritenga necessario e
per quanto non esplicitamente previsto dal regolamento decide la Direzione del .CyB.FF.
