The Bangkok International Book Fair 2010 offers you an excellent opportunity to meet publishers and the
general public, to promote your business, to find new markets and to make new friends, all under the setting
of one of the most cosmopolitan and dynamic cities in the world. Open a book, open the world is the annual
theme of BKKIBF which we would like also ask you to open you eyes & mind to experience the dynamic
Thai book market and to befriend with publishers from Thailand and overseas in March 2010.

The Bangkok International Book Fair is not only the most dynamic book fair, but it is also the hub of book markets in South East Asia. We welcomed approximately 1.5 million participants & 427 exhibitors from 19 countries in 2009. Total sale revenue had grown from last year at the rate 18.5 per cent. The children’s books and the young adult books are still popular among readers. The bestsellers of youth books is fiction, novels and cartoons, whilst working people are showing a substantial level of interest in books about applied dharma principles and self-development.

BKKIBF is the gateway of book fair in ASEAN Country. This is a good occasion for you to learn our growing book market and to meet local & international publishers from Europe, Asia, North America and the general public, to promote your business, to find new markets and to make new friends, all under the setting of one of the most cosmopolitan and dynamic cities in the world.
