TWO DAYS CASTING
FRI 27th - SAT 28th N0VEMBER 09 from 10am to 10pm

The main TARGET is to let create awarness about waste of plastic
materials,
and especially the two plastic derivatives island patches found in the
Pacific Ocean
and to work creatively together in a DIY but professional environment.

Composer Monica Conversano is @ THE SHED, Dublin to meet and work with
singers musicians and performers who wish to participate.
The days will be spent together with director Anka Wysota and McBett.
Conversano will be keen to discuss her ideas and to present her work
to possible participants in order to arrange a proper workshop next
year:

PROPS/SET (visual artists)
A workshop will also be facilitated in order to create scene equipment
made of recycled plastic, such as plastic domestic waste.

CASTING:
n. 1 MALE SINGER: If it is opera trained will be a tenor,
if has a pop music background he will have a pitched voice. He has to
be able to read music
It is required: "violin tuning A, musical memory, minimum experience
of contemporary music
n. 1 FEMALE SINGER/DANCER:
soprano young, intonation, musical memory,
interest in contemporary music.She has to be able to read music
n 1 VIOLIN
n 1 DOUBLE BASS
n 1 ELECTRIC BASS
n 1 PIANO
n 1 KEYBOARD
n. 1 PERCUSSIONIST
With drums (rock and improvisation), and various percussion
instruments, especially drums. Able to use any percussion instruments
created by the audience and by the artists.
CHORAL GROUP:
5 soprano
3 tenor
3 bass
various ages, musical memory, interest in contemporary music.
n 6 DANCERS: Various ages
n. 3 MIMES/2 JUGGLERS
n. 1 CHOREOGRAPHER: act to coordinate different styles and ages.
n. 1 SOUND ENGINEER
n. 1 LIGHT ENGINEER capable to do much with a little equipment
