The multimedial project Tehno muda started as a family project with my father's voice and computer as main instruments. It is impossible to place in any genre or musical style. We see music only as a tool of expressing one's state of mind not as an objective on its own. After having a few underground internet radio hits in Serbia (How I learned to masturbate) it is only since recently that we started doing live gigs. Right at the moment we are busy experimenting with techno, trance, house and similar styles. You can download a take of our latest work-in-progres musical project called Der rotte Wolf Kultus. Don't hesitate to let us know what you think abou it. Any feedback is welcome!
We come from Vršac, Serbia and exist since the summer of 1999. Originally it was consisted of two members Boća (father) & Zlikovac (son) whose average weight is 118 kilos and whose avarage age is 60. My brother Wostok joined the band since 2006 when we started doing live gigs. We have published 10 d's and created many, many videoclips!

This is an excerpt from an interview written by Zograf published in artistic magazine Remont, Serbia.
Who & what are Tehno Muda ? V: Well, that's quite a difficult question. The answer to the question who the Tehno muda are is much more certain, it is my father 77 years old and me 40 years old. We use a PC & my father's voice. I use samples created by me because when I was 29 it was my dream come through when I learned to play guitar. Well, the band itself is one can say a product of combination of my own extereme autism and my fathers performing talents. Inability to communicate in a normal way made me search for other ways of artistic expression than those classic ones like band of four members , guitar, bass, drum player... The Pc seemed to be an ideal tool to surpass the classic order of things, it became a perfect link between an idea and its realization for me, a tool which can let even a layman make music. You don't have necessarilly to have motoric skills in your hands to play instruments. The other thing is that an autistic person doesn't have enough energy at disposal to communicate with the outer world. When you have a few members which you have to communicate it becomes impossible job. The PC becomes your artistic mirror without anybody else inbetween. It is some kind a therapy.
Zograf: You have to admit that sampling Adolf Hitler's voice and mixing it in with a reggae music is not a common thing? V: The therapeutic aspect of facing your own evil is very important thing for me. I believe that everybody possesses for example, xenophobia to some extent as one of manifest forms of evil. Every person is capable of becoming some kind a Hitler. It took millions to bring up Hitler. People like to localise those ugly feelings and stick it o Hitler person. It is much broader problem I'm afraid. And that's the reason why it is put so much in the area of taboo. Even the Serb or Dutch Rasta can posses certain amount of xenophobia or can become serial killer in war when social context changes even Rasta can become a bitter nationalist and mass murderer . An average Rasta is so depersonalized that he is what they tell him to be at the given moment. That's why I'm often more afraid of the peacemaker and the Rastaman than of anybody else. Anyway, the whole process of sounds creation is for me some sort of sorcery. When you spend whole days sampling Hitler's speeches you can not remain normal, unless you already possess an antidot which then neutralises the effect in return. I think that nothing should be taboo around Hitler, his books, speeches should be analyzed and used as samples. I am in favour of the slogan 'anything goes' in art there’s no place for ethics. This may be the right moment for me to explain how I see the process of sampling. It is for me discovering of new features of sounds by randomly choosing and marking a part of spoken text or music in digitalized form and creating a loop to be continualy repeated. This way you can discover the indebt qualities of a sound or voice. In was exciting prospect in that sense to mix the Hitler's voice in a reggae number. Well, I can tell you that more than 90% of people didn't recognize which 'singer' sang the song. On the other hand it was for me a confirmation of the theory that evil is present in our everyday life and is not something localised to Germany of 30's of the 20 century. Even our Rasta is potentially a very evil man.
